Launching the Java-based DPX Management Interface from a Web Browser
You can open the Java-based DPX Management Interface from a supported browser in your workstation. Go to the URL which is structured in the following pattern:
In this URL pattern, <ws>
represents the IPv4 address or resolvable name of the web server, which is usually the Catalogic DPX Master Server. <wspn>
represents the port number, which is usually 6122.
For example, assume that your workstation has access to the Catalogic DPX Master Server with http://master
via the port 6122; then, go to the following URL to launch the Java-based Management Interface:
You can add the URL to the list of bookmarks or favorites in your web browser.
As mentioned in Installing the Java Web Start Runtime Environment on Your Workstation, you workstation must have the Java Web Start runtime environment in addition to the Java Runtime Environment. Otherwise, you will not see the login dialog but rather the error dialog similar to the following:

Application Blocked by Java Security
For security, application must now meet the requirements for the High or Very High security settings, or be part of Exception Site List, to allowed to run.
