bexdb2util/CatView Utility

DPX provides a utility to search, extract, verify, and delete DB2 backup images and logs generated through DPX. For UNIX, use bexdb2util; for Windows, use CatView.

Launching the utility is different for UNIX and Windows:

For UNIX, run bexdb2util, located in the bin subdirectory of DPX. For information on running bexdb2util, see Format of bexdb2util (UNIX).
For Windows, invoke the CatView utility from the command prompt. For information on running CatView, see Format of CatView (Windows).
