Chapter 16: Configuring Defaults

The Configure Defaults window enables you to set and revise default options for backup, restore, and migrate jobs. Default options eliminate the need to set these options in each job definition.

When DPX is installed, certain default values are already set. This window allows you to revise these settings.

To launch the Configure Defaults window:

• Click the Configure tab on the Function Tab bar of the window, then click Defaults.
