Managing the Catalogic DPX GuardMode Agent in the Graphical Interface
There are two ways to configure the Catalogic DPX GuardMode:
The graphical user interface (the HTML5-based DPX Management Interface)
After registering the Catalogic DPX Master Server with the Catalogic DPX GuardMode agent in the other system, you can manage this agent node from the HTML5-based DPX Management Interface. You can use this graphical interface in your web browser on your workstation.
The command-line user interface on the agent node (Microsoft Windows PowerShell)
You can also manage the Catalogic DPX GuardMode from the system in which the Catalogic DPX GuardMode is installed by using the command-line interface. For more details, see The Command-line Interface for the Catalogic DPX GuardMode.
Restrictions. Some features are only available in the graphical interface.
Follow the instructions and manage the Catalogic DPX GuardMode agent node in the graphical interface by taking the following steps:
In the HTML5-based DPX Management Interface, open the Nodes page.
Open the node with Catalogic DPX GuardMode. The node type is Data Security.
In the configuration page for the Catalogic DPX GuardMode node, there are two tabs: Settings and Security.
