The destination pane of the Catalog Backup window contains the Catalog Backup Destination tree. It consists of two selection spaces, Media Pools and Device Clusters.
Navigating in the Destination Tree:
Click the + or - to the left of a resource to view or hide the level below it in the destination tree structure.
Example: Click the + beside Device Clusters to see the device clusters below it. Click the + beside a device cluster to see the devices in that device cluster.
Selecting a Catalog Backup Destination:
Click a destination media pool name or icon on the Media Pools selection space.
Choose a destination device on which to mount a tape from the selected media pool.
Note. The destination device for a Catalog Backup cannot be a device connected to an NDMP node.
