Backup and Restore for Open Enterprise Server Clusters

Define backup jobs in the usual way. If the cluster has been properly configured, for OES clusters, DPX ensures that local disks are backed up through physical nodes and shared disks through the virtual node.

Note that for clustered nodes, the appropriate TSA(s) and SMDR must be running.

When restoring, if the cluster is intact, restore data as you normally would. If the cluster is not intact, restore to a new location.
