Elements of the Configure Job Folders Window
The Configure Job Folders window displays the tree of job folders in an Enterprise:
You can drill down to the various levels by clicking the plus to the left of a resource icon. Initially, the Enterprise is selected, as indicated by the selection check box.
If you click a job folder group icon or name, its edit dialog appears in a pane on the right side of the Job Folders window.
Configure Job Folders: Context Menus You can access the Job Folder context menus by right-clicking an Enterprise, job folder or job icon (or name). The Job Folder context menu items are described in the topics that follow.
Configure Job Folders: Menu Bar
In addition to the common menu bar options (see “Common Menu Options”Common Menu Options in the User's Guide), the Configure Job Folders window contains the Job Folder and Job menus.
To access an item in the Job Folder menu, do one of the following:
From the menu bar, select Job folder. Then select the desired item.
Use the keyboard shortcut ALT+J, use the up-arrow and down-arrow keys to select the desired menu item, then press .
To access an item in the Job menu, do one of the following:
From the menu bar, select Job. Then select the desired item.
Use the keyboard shortcut ALT+B, use the up-arrow and down-arrow keys to select the desired menu item, then press .
