Elements of the Catalog Job Functions Window

• Job Panes A single pane displays the cataloged jobs in the Catalog of your Enterprise. It is the default pane when the window opens and is sorted by Job_ID in ascending order. To filter the cataloged job list, see Filtering the Cataloged Job List. When you select a job, a second pane displays the job record.

• Cataloged Job Context Menu In addition to the menu bar options and task panel buttons, the Cataloged Job window also contains a function context menu. To access an item in the function context menu:

  • Right-click a job name or icon. Then select the desired item. The function context menu items are described in the topics that follow.

• Cataloged Job Menus In addition to the common menu options. The Cataloged Job window also contains the Cataloged Job menu. See Common Menu Options. To access an item in the Cataloged Job menu:

  • From the menu bar, select Cataloged Job. Then select the desired item. The Cataloged Job menu items are described in the topics that follow.
