Editing a Job Folder
To edit a job folder in your Enterprise:
Open the Configure Job Folders window by clicking on the Configure tab in the Function Tab bar, then clicking on the Job Folders.
Open the Edit Job Folder dialog in the right pane by doing one of the following:
Right-click the job folder name or icon to display a context menu. The selection is indicated by the selection check box next to the job folder icon. Then select Edit.
In the left pane, select the job folder you want to edit and do one of the following:
From the menu bar, select Job folders > Edit Job Folder.
On the task panel, click Edit Job Folder.
The Edit Job Folder dialog appears in the right pane.
Revise the Comment field as needed.
Select Apply on the task menu at the top right of the right pane. If you are unable to see the task menu, resize the right pane.
