Deleting a Job Folder
Note. Before you can delete a job folder, you must remove all of its assigned jobs. You can remove an assigned job by using the Delete a Job task, which is accessible through the context menus, menu bars or task panel, or by deleting the job definition in the Backup window. You can also remove the job without deleting it by dragging the job to a different job folder in the Configuration Job Folders window.
Note. It may be necessary to run a condense before deleting a job folder, as the Catalog may contain references to the jobs that were removed. If this is the case, you will prompted to perform a condense when you attempt to delete the job folder. See Condense: Freeing Resources in the Catalog.
