Rescanning a Proxy Server Node

If the proxy server status of a node is changed, rescan the node into the Enterprise to update its status in the catalog. Status changes include:

• An existing node has been upgraded as a proxy node.

• Proxy server components on a node have been uninstalled.

To rescan the node, use the Edit Node pane. See Editing a Node in the Reference Guide. Click Apply. The node is not rescanned into the Enterprise as a Virtualization proxy server until you click Apply.
