Folder Level Restore

If you performed a folder level backup, you can restore files contained in individual mailboxes by clicking on the box next to the file’s name. To restore all the files in a mailbox, select the mailbox. You can also restore specific public folders.

When performing a folder level restore, you cannot restore an actual mailbox, only the files contained in it. The destination mailbox must already exist. If it doesn’t, you must create it before defining and running the restore.
