Running the Restore Job for Microsoft Exchange Server

Complete the following steps to run the restore job for Microsoft Exchange Server:

  1. Save the job by clicking Save Restore Job on the Task Panel. Respond to dialog prompts.

  2. To run the job (before any scheduled run), select Run Restore Job from the Task Panel, or select Run and Monitor, to display the monitor screen for monitoring job tasks as the job runs.

  3. For DAG databases, after the restore completes, you must re-seed the passive database copy. See Post-Restore: Reseeding the Passive DAG Database.
