Prerequisites for Updating Catalogic DPX

Review the following prerequisites before updating Catalogic DPX or its components:

Use your own Catalogic customer service account

Always use your own customer service account of Catalogic Software. Do not reuse other's credential of your distributors, resellers, and so on. Credentials, which may be cached, need to be consistent for future software updates.

Master Server Proxy

You can use the Master Server proxy for the software updates. If your Master Server needs to go through an HTTP proxy to get access to the customer service website, see .

Restrictions. The software update does not support proxies that require authentication.
