Connect to DPX Window

Open the Java file for the Java-based DPX Management Interface from your workstation. In the Connect to DPX dialog, enter the following fields:

Server Name

Enter the hostname or the IPv4 address of the Catalogic DPX Master Server that you want to log in. Or, select either one that you previously used from the pull-down menu.

User Name

Enter an administrator user name of the Catalogic DPX Master Server. The default user name is sysadmin.

Password

Enter the password for the administrator account.

Note. The default password is sysadmin. However, if you have already logged in to the Master Server via the web interface or SSH, you might have been forced to change the password.

Click OK to log in. The main window of the desktop interface will open.
