Enabling HTTP(S) Proxy for DPX vPlus
You can configure the system to communicate through an HTTP(S) proxy. You can configure the HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY environment variables using the vprotect.env file.
Edit the vprotect.env file that is located in
/opt/vprotect/vprotect.env. Uncomment the following lines and specify the correct proxy address:http_proxy="proxy.address:8080" https_proxy="proxy.adress:8080" no_proxy="localhost,127.0.0.1"{% hint style="info" %} Make sure to change proxy.address to the address of your proxy, it can be either IP address or FQDN. {% endhint %}2. Restart the DPX vPlus Node and Server to apply the changes.
systemctl restart vprotect-node vprotect-server
Repeat above steps for each host where the Server and/or Node is installed.
