DPX 4.9.1 Release Notes

DPX 4.9.1 release focuses on improving the 4.9 feature set stability and performance. It includes a number of improvements and bug fixes.

Improvements

DPXN-7274 improves the OS detection in AutoUpdate converting cmagent service from sysV to systemd

DPXN-7277 improves password validation rules in the HTML UI

DPXN-7450 adds a new TMM option to set ANSI headers (vol1/hdr1/hdr2) size

DPXN-7584 adds DataCore to the cloud provider list in Java UI

DPXN-7166 fixes a problem where OES(Novell) DPX client node cannot run the program "/opt/DPX/misc/bexads" after the upgrade

DPXN-7173 fixes the issue where Windows virtualization gets failed due to the DHCP IP address not getting from the VMware host using #530 core build virtual ISO whereas Windows virtualization successfully completed with DHCP IP address from VMware host using #513 core build virtual ISO
