Editing a Media Pool
To edit a media pool in DPX, do the following:
Go to Devices & Pools in the sidebar. Switch to the Media Pools tab, then hover over a media pool, right-click to open the context menu, and select Edit to launch the Edit Media Pool dialog window.
For Disk Directory, you may edit the Min. number of free volumes and the Description.
For Tape media pools, you may edit the Min. number of free volumes, switch the Append offsite toggle, add Description, select an alternate pool (if available), and switch the Recycle expired tape toggle.
Click Save to confirm changes.
Select the Configure tab, then click Media.
Click the name of the media pool you want to edit to open the EDIT MEDIA POOL dialog pane.
Edit the desired settings, then click Apply.
