🆕 Audit

The Audit view provides a log of user activity within the vStor system, allowing administrators to review actions performed by individual users and system actions triggered by the application.

Tip.

The default audit logs retention period is 5 years. You can control this value using the Audit Logs settings in the System view.

• Use the available filters to narrow down the displayed records. The list supports server-side filtering, sorting, and pagination. Note the Items per page dropdown at the bottom of the page to control how many records are shown at once.

• Use the Download CSV button to download a zipped .csv file with all audit logs. The downloaded file will be named vstor_<hostname>_audit_logs_<date_and_time>.zip.

• Use the Refresh button to make sure the most recent entries are displayed.

Click a record to display the details drawer with additional information about the selected event.
